Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with RetainAI. If it isn’t right for your brand, here is how refunds work.

14-day refund

If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full.

Renewals and cancellation

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Renewal payments are generally not refundable, but write to us if you were charged by mistake and we will review it.

How to request a refund

Email hello@getretainai.com from your account email. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
